Are YOU a LEADER?

Who has impacted your life in a big way?

Whose life have you impacted in a big way?

We have all changed someone’s life – usually without even realizing it. In this funny talk, Drew Dudley calls on all of us to celebrate leadership as the everyday act of improving each other’s lives. We all have potential to be leaders.

Are you a LEADER?

My boss says I have the potential. I just to make the step 🙂

  2. Yes, I’m a leader, I’ve held workshops, organised people, taught people. It came as a surprise when someone from my university years (40 years ago) commented that I showed leadership & organisational skills then, my father had done such a number on my self-esteem that I didn’t see myself as having any noteworthy skills then.

This is pretty amazing. Speechless, almost. Yet, a simple task to redefine the planet we live inside of. TOUGH, but possible.

Having served in a fine army in peace and war humility constrains me from answering that question 🙂 I think only my followers would have the right answer 🙂

Nice post and have a nice week-end.

Glad that you liked this post, Dilip. I do think you are a true leader leading your students into the world of ethical business and management. Very important role. 🙂

Many years ago I was a foster mother to newborn babies (5 days of age) and I loved and cared for them until adoptive parents could be found. They will never know me or that I even existed, but I was there for them and helped them in some small way to become whatever it was that they did become. That may not be leadership but perhaps some of them became leaders.

Loved your comment. It is a leadership in a way as you were one of the people who were ‘leading’ these tiny little babies into the life. What a special and very responsible role! Are you wondering sometimes what happened to those tiny little babies?

  6. I love this post, thank-you. Inspiring, imaginative, touching and a powerful redefinition of success 🙂

Nice video. A simple video but it conveyed the most useful insight. I’m very thankful to you for sharing this. This video helped me grab a much clearer view on why i wasn’t doing well in certain fields.

I always believe that each and everyone around us are responsible and have credits in shaping our character. However there are few people who made bigger impact in my life. My girlfriend Dave who believes in me. My friend Imran. Osho. In recent days, my Father. One of my grandfather who taught me what kindness is.

I don’t know whose life I’ve impacted. But I use to hear it from my girlfriend then and there, that certain things I have done has helped her in big ways.

A pretty light weighted and high flying post. Good one Otrazhenie 🙂

I’ve never been a leader of anything or anyone, with one exception: fun leader! 🙂
“Melanies are especially dynamic, fresh and sensitive. They exude happiness and have a lot of humor. Quick, active, they need constant action. Playful and theatrical, they like to entertain their world without ever falling into vulgarity. They are also courageous: these women are not afraid of difficulties and do not easily give up…”(Wikipedia)

Hm, very interesting description from wikipedia. I knew a few ladies with that name and this description fits them so well. The must be something in the names 🙂 And your blog reflects your character so well 🙂

  9. I read somewhere, ‘A leader is not the one with the brightest ideas, but one who can convince people that he/she has the brightest idea.’
