“Try not to confuse attachment with love. Attachment is about fear and dependency, and has more to do with love of self than love of another. Love without attachment is the purest love because it isn’t about what others can give you because you’re empty. It is about what you can give others because you’re already full.”

It is a very big understanding. Most of our lives we confuse the two, but within it is our saving grace when we realise its truth and are freed from its hold of fear and the chains that bind us.
Great post Otrazhenie 🙂
Thanks, Mark 🙂

How would you suppose to distinguish “attachment” from “love”? I think it goes side by side. I just don’t how how you won’t be attached without getting in loved, or being in loved without attachments? Oh my gosh, this is simple yet makes me more of a complicated person. HAHA!
