That is so true! My mother passed away from lung cancer when I was 12. Although I have been without my mom for 8 years, she assured me of God’s love and taught me that His will is best. She never lost faith or courage through her sickness.

  2. Very true! When Life tries to challenge you, take action: Challenge yourself to be better than you’ve ever been before. Take a step away from your situation and reach out to offer help to another. You’ll never fail this test.

  3. I love this quote, now if I can remind myself this every hour it would be perfect 🙂

But it’s so difficult. So difficult to ignore someone’s jibes and mocks. So difficult to love someone who finds faults in me. So difficult to ignore a loved one because he’s ignoring me. I wonder where am I going wrong that he’s not loving me correct. How do I love back someone who threatens to kick me. Who hits me when he’s angry and expects me to not take out my anger even on a door. Yes. I am changing myself. My attitude towards him is not pleasant. I am always upset and cross. So he further gets angry. I wonder when will I change…

Why do you need to love back someone who threatens you and mocks you? Is there anything you can do about this? Do you have someone who can help you?

No one can help me but myself. Others just ask me to be patient with him and change myself. I know he loves me and is changing for me but a woman is, no matter what, always expected to tolerate jibes. She’s the epitome of patience and love. Her power can change any man. Right?

While this statement might apply to some cases, I doubt it can be applied to all situations. All women are different, and men are different too. What might work in one case might not work in other cases. All the best to you.

Yes this is the essence of life. We need to accept first the 10% and then work on the remainder with a free mind.
Thanks for the share Otrazhenie. Regards.

Good quote. But to be precise, the author was Charles R. Swindoll.
