It is the daily practice of focusing on the breath that allows us to,let go, then accept the awkward, the uncomfortable even the vulnerable can be accepted with further practice.

Thought can erect barriers to happy free living.

We have to find a way to accept the awkward to get to the happy part.

Acceptance is an ever present, now endeavor it seems.

In a way now, I see this little quote to mean, life begins below the ego or with as little of ego, around as possible.

Maybe that is what is being described as the end of our comfort zone, that vulnerable part when we let go, stop worrying and thinking

That is scarier than any other thought to some

To be alone with ones own mind terrifies the masses.
