Which wolf do you feed the most?

Confused Wolf

as pointed by a few of my observant readers (thanks, ShethP  and feralc4t ). All of my wolves are definitely very confused by now 😦

I think there are more than just two 🙂

I have been listening to a podcast called The One You Feed. It’s interviews with people like Dan Millman who wrote the Peaceful Warrior, people who try to feed the ‘good’ wolf. The interviews and content are very good and balanced recognizing that which wolf you feed is not all black and white. Just thought I’d share as I am really enjoying it. http://www.oneyoufeed.net/

Great! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I liked what he said in that interview about making small changes, like if you’re starting an exercise program try just doing one thing a day, even if its just a single jumping jack. Anyway, thanks for letting me know you checked it out 🙂
