This is what good friends is all about. I am sitting here late at night wondering about this. When I needed a friend once she was there. from so far away she stayed with me as I battled thru a day that was difficult for a lot of reasons. Knowing that one soul was with me was uplifting and I did express my gratitude to her later. Recognising what others do for us and telling them that you are grateful for what they do for you is as important as the action they have taken in lifting you up.

I have found being grateful and expressing that gratitude is a very positive action as well. I think it’s good to let good friends know they are appreciated.
