Other worlds

DreamFrom Anonymous ART of Revolution

When you live in a world,
That you don’t understand,
It’s hard not to reach out,
With a shaking tired hand,
To a world that makes sense,
Though you know that it’s wrong,
Because this is a world,
Where you can sing the song.
This is a world
Where life makes sense to you,
Where the things people say,
And the things people do,
Don’t feel distant and foreign;
Instead they feel right,
You wear this world like a glove,
And you snuggle it tight.
But you know that it’s wrong,
And you know it won’t pay,
To live in this world,
For the rest of your days.
But for now it feels safe,
So you’ll stay for today.
Maybe tomorrow,
You’ll find a new way.

Is it wrong? Why do you think so?

Thank you friend for sharing this article quite interesting, hopefully we all get real happiness yamg rays began to warm our hearts and make the heart glad, when we can share it with sincere to each other. Affectionate greetings from Gede Prama 🙂 🙂

  2. I don’t think it’s surprising to see that we all have some mechanism by which we alleviate the pain of living. Be it alcohol or drug or a variety of methods its in our nature to avoid pain whenever we can. It is true that through pain we grow but does that mean we can still learn even if we do avoid the pain. Admittedly avoiding the pain is sometimes too deny it exists and so if we don’t feel it then it must not exist and so we find ourselves in a vicious circle where we flounder our way through life getting no where.

  3. The surmounting of pain often leads to a breakthrough, so in that sense the above is true. However, in the literal sense it does not make sense to say step out in front of a car if you will be hit and receive pain as a result.

    It appears like two worlds
Inner world – mind, outer world – objects.
The poet tries to find something in the inner world.
Surprised with darkness inside and tiredness, the poet wants to go out for a change, for a rest.

But what is wrong in going out ?

The poet is poetical. The poet is trying to convey something, the poet possibly refers two different ways of life, which obviously only she/he could be aware.

    With the worlds i know,,,

    One the common, realistic world.
The other unseen by common man, the uncommon, the imaginative world.

If i can think which is quite common, it is referred as realistic, predictive.
If i can think which isn’t common or unseen, it is remarked imaginative, creative.

While it is easy to choose the common way, it is hard to choose the uncommon.

There isn’t wrong in choosing to stick back to the realistic world.
But never feel guilty about making choices. It is right whatever it is.

Considering me into a similar situation – i chose a decision, that isn’t quite common.
Just like anyone, i would sometimes think about choosing back to realistic/common way.
And sometimes tempted to switch back to the other ways, like the poem says because of ehaustion/tired.
But i try to keep remembering what made me to choose the uncommon way.

Whenever choosing a not so common choice, it consumes so much of energy, that it would make you tired.
You are travelling into the unknown, so fear and doubt tends to be there, that is intelligence.
But there is nothing wrong in being imaginative, being creative, being the first to lay the path.
I should admit, it could be very tough, risky, win less likely or lose mostly.
But even if one would lose, the one would lose daring greatly.

Try to bring the imaginatiion alive, try being different, try daring great.
Try till there is enough room, till there is enough time, till there is enough energy.
Try,and if you are tired completely, what else can be done. When you have given all you can, what else can be done ?

Love your insightful comment, satzie. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 🙂

      • satzie says:

You are welcome 🙂 Glad if you love it. I’m sorry, for too many words there.

      • Otrazhenie says:

It’s not the words (or their quantity) that matters, but the meaning 😉

      • satzie says:

🙂 Certainly. I’m certainly glad if something insightful is reached. But i tend/try to keep words minimalistic, making it comfortable for the reader to read and grasp quickly. There is nothing wrong in using too many words as well, so the meaning could be portrayed more clearly, not giving way for any kind of misunderstanding, which i think for, i could have used so many words. 🙂

I don’t think it is wrong at all. This so called reality is the illusion. i grew up remembering other lifetimes, walking in and out of other dimensions, talking to spirits. My parents kept telling me to face reality..the reality of rejection, bullying, the horrible ways people treated each other. I just got sick.
Now, the world is in the midst of a powerful transformation as it is overcoming this illusion we called reality, and shutting down the people who kept us all in the illusion for their power and greed.
Soon the truth will be exposed, ALL of it, and everyone will wake up to the beautiful truth of their being as well as a beautiful world.
This is happening because of people like me and others who refused to settle for the illusion, and kept on fighting and dreaming for the light.

    • Otrazhenie says:

Love your comment. Fighting for the light in a real world – that’s appeals to me much more than settling with either dark reality or illusion full of light. Thanks for your insightful comment.

      • katelon says:

Glad you liked what i said. I truly believe that a light world IS the true reality. It has just been cloaked in the dark illusion. The more people who continue to believe in and fight for the light, the truth, the quicker this world transforms, as the dark is stopped and the veil is dropped.

      • Otrazhenie says:

I like the way you see the reality as full of light, obscured by the dark illusion. Usually people see it the other way around, often associating reality with darkness.
