I agree…I think we are forgetting how to dance as a society!
When we were kids we danced in the rain
Now as adults we run from it

“I’m singing in the rain, just singing in the rain, what a glorious feeling, I’m happy again” well..to tell the truth the sun is shining and I’m soooooo happy after a month of dark skies and rain… Loved the photo and quote of the day!

We had just the opposite experience. Experienced the best summer ever that resulted in the first draught ever in my region – were banned from using the water outside for a month, so could not water the garden. Last week got the first rain – what a relief. All singing and dancing in the rain now – so happy after a month of glorious sunshine without a single drop of rain 🙂

Ah, yes…I forgot! I was actually in the mid-west U.S. to visit my sis last summer…I’d planned the departure date so that I could show my husband what the 4th of July celebrations were like…darn…so dry that there were no fireworks and so hot we had to stay in the house to eat our barbeque, the whole trip was, if not ruined, then dampered by the draught and hot hot weather…yep…bad summer.

I’d hate to wait for the rain to stop haha, I’d rather dance in it. If you wait, you might miss an opportunity, great quote! Thanks for sharing 🙂
